AWANA
Awana helps churches and parents partner to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. A recent national survey found Awana to be as important to our alumni’s spiritual foundation as all other church activities combined. Among alumni who participated in Awana for at least six years, and whose parents were involved in their spiritual growth, 92.7 percent still attend church at least weekly as adults.

Puggles (ages 2 and 3): introduces young children to basic Bible truths at church and equips parents to teach them at home.

 

Cubbies (preschool): celebrates preschoolers’ spiritual potential by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word.

 

Sparks (K-2): teaches children about the people and events of the Bible. This builds a foundation of wisdom for knowing Jesus.

 

Truth and Training (3rd to 6th grade): answers kids’ key questions about God and the Bible, guiding them to grow in His grace.

 

Trek (7th-12th grade): challenges youth to consider their God-given destiny and pursue it by applying the Bible to their lives. leads students through an in-depth study of Scripture. This motivates them to see life with God’s perspective and to influence others.
